Light propagation in biological tissue
Topics:

The forward problem. Here we are
interested in the development of computational tools
for solving the radiative transfer equation and other
approximations to it, as the diffusion or the
Fokker-Plank equations.

Inverse Problems and Medical
Imaging. We are also interested in inversion
algorithms for reconstructing optical properties of
tissue interiors taking data received at the boundary
as its input.
